Certified GF Eats

Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG)

The Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) certifies products through its Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) as well as restaurants through its Gluten-Free Food Services (GFFS) Training and Accreditation Program. (GIG also has a list of GFFS-certified university, hospital, senior living, and camp locations [PDF], but sadly, this list is not very long.) Here is the list of certified restaurants:

The 2016 list contains 26 restaurant locations in 12 states (AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, WA) and Toronto, Canada. In addition, all California Pizza Kitchen restaurants are certified as are some Pizza Hut locations. (See the PDF for more information.) Four new restaurant locations have been added to the list since 2015.

GREAT Kitchens

Beyond Celiac (formerly the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness) has trained a number of restaurants through their GREAT Kitchens program. (They also offer training to hospitals, universities, and camps.) The link below will take you directly to the list of restaurants on the GREAT Kitchens website:

The list contains 20 restaurants (as of February 2016) in 14 states (AZ, CA, CO, FL, HI, IA, IL, KS, NE, NJ, NY, OH, PA, WI). Several of the restaurants have multiple locations.
